What is an example of an aggregator?

The aggregator is the communications link between the multitude of smart sensors and the cloud. The best example of an aggregator is the smart phone. It has reasonable battery life, cost, and performance. We see many devices that can either be physically attached to the smart phone or can be connected to it wirelessly or with wires.

What is a news aggregator?

News aggregators can also be called feed aggregators in terms of computing. It could be a web application, software, or website which aggregates information from newspapers, blogs, news channels, e-papers, videos, sites, etc. It compiles all the relevant or similar information into one page so that the user can read it conveniently.

What is an aggregator pattern?

When Services B and C are remote, third party calls, and the calls to Services B and C are asynchronous to offset the high failure rate of distant third-party calls, the Aggregator Pattern can be useful. Service A is built with circuit breakers and becomes the third-party proxy for all communications.
